Hi All,
I’ve been registered on this forum for quite a while and find it very helpful. I have bit the bullet today and bought a villa in El Raso, Guardamar Del Segura. From previous posts I have seen that it is advised to use a private solicitor, and now I am in that situation can anybody advise? Also will need to buy a car so just wondering about car insurance costs or advice on who to use.

We use serviced on main street in guardamar, not had any problems, in the five years that we have used him .
