Hello please can anyone help as I need a dentist open tomorrow morning as my tooth bridge has fallen out . Any one know of one in Guardamar please 🙏

If you Google - dentists in Guardamar - this will return a plethora of dentists but from what I can see most don't open until Monday morning. Perhaps maybe try another location nearby. Do you have private medical insurance? If so, most policies include dental treatment and, for example, IMED hospitals has a dental department who may be open for emergencies.
