Seriously, how long does Spain need to issue holiday let licence's , been nearly 2 years since home owners started applying in numbers , if it was Britain doing this I guess it would be lightning quicker. Weres the update on applications so far , guess everybody has applied , so they must be able to update people and the holiday community. Good manners , effects or just good business sense should be applied,.

Hmm, Ray. I have lived in Spain for 13 years and, in my working life I was classed as an efficiency expert! I cant think of 1 system in Spain I would call efficient but can cite endless experiences of inefficiency.
Spain is best at creating unworkable laws/systems - and then does not do enough to make them work.
