Sorry for the late reply! Things move fast on here, dont they? I've had rather a busy day today. Got a few things on until after Christmas including a backlog of work (self-employed) to finish before the hols. I'll get back to you next week, but maybe meet somewhere neutral for a coffee...

Thanks (belatedly - a bit busy right now!) I know the Casa Ventura well, having played bowls there many times. Not really able to dance though, due to a damaged foot, but thanks for the info.

For any single (Guardamar is full of them) who wants to meet people with totally neutral intentions, a small group of mainly pensionistas meet every morning at the Bar Plaza, Placa de Llauradors (towards the North end of Calle Mayor in Guardamar). We have no agenda but put the World to rights over several coffees. All nationalities welcome, as a group we are multilingual and work to break down any barriers.
You are welcome to drop in any morning, ask for Tony, and you will receive a warm welcome.
