Lost: House breakin

Dear All
We went shopping for food today and out for just over an hour. When we returned home the window downstairs was open and the first floor balcony window too.

The perpetrator could not enter through the downstairs window so climbed up to the balcony and force that door. Rifled through all sorts of places and stole my wife's jewellery (leaving any silver items) and watches together with a very heavy safe with nothing important in it.

He made his way downstairs to exit unlocking the window from the inside and exiting through this route. We have a video of him and he was seen here yesterday.

I can attach a screen shot of him but I cannot seem to load the video.

So if anyone knows him or is offered gold rings pendants watches etc please let me know or the Guardia Civil.

Sorry to read about your unwanted intruder, It good you got Cctv photos of him/Bastard

Hope he is caught soon, Does it happen much In El Ras6 and Guardamar del Segura areas, as doing a Property inspection trip over Christmas period

Sorry I can't help with identification , just wanted to say, so sorry you are having to deal with such a traumatic incident . Burglary is so invasive & unnerving, I hope you both get some friendly help to support you through this misery.

Make sure you report this with your video evidence & tell people locally to be alert.

I'm afraid I can't help identify the burglar either, but wanted to thank you very much for taking the time, after such a stressful and upsetting incident, to warn other members. I hope the Guardia catch him.

So far the video is to be on ciudad quesada Facebook once the mediator approves it

Sent it to the guardia civil last night and acknowledged

Community members and neighbours whose emails I have

Perhaps it may alter the someone and put the perpetrator off another targeted house.

i keep telling neighbours...get a NVR with 4 cameras 200 on Amazon...will message you on movement...i am currently monitoring my neighbour on holiday in UK...

Agree 100%, I had 3 break in back in Ireland, keep taking Heating Oil, So spent 1200 euros on Cctv,I keep watch from afar, but No unwelcome visitor since Cctv installed, It will send a message if anyone is near front and rear doors, Money well spent, You need active Broadband

I have a mix of fixed and movable cameras...you can also shout audio through them to scare off the banditos...
