Black and White male cat stray between Guardamar-Rojales. Very friendly, used to dogs.

I just can't understand, how can you find a cat?  Was it lost or was it just out for a walk? Cats are sometimes away for days on end and usually find home by themselves. Now somebody has taken a cat in and the owners are probably missing it. Please leave these animals alone, unless you can see they are distressed and need help.

This cat has been around for a few days, hungry and cold. It could have been dumped as we live on a Camino. Do you you just want people to ignore an animal in distress.

What gives you the idea that I think you shouldn't help.

By all means, help an animal in distress, but there are too many people around that just pick cats up and take them home.

Hello

Have you had it checked for a chip, that would answer the question. It might have an owner chipped or not,......when cats  find a source of food they stick around.

I feed 5 street cats  currently(not at all feral) & have  done for two & a half years, I am a registered feeder but  I do discourage others joining  my group

If you cant/.dont want to keep it please take it to a rescue centre  for rehoming.

Cheers

Yes we have had him checked by our vet but sadly no chip. We would keep him if we could but we have two rescue cats who will not let him in the house. He was he for two days crying before l relented and fed him because he was so hungry. I worked in animal welfare for 7 years in the UK, and l have contacted two animal charities, one of which ours came from and as yet no reply. I shall be chasing them up.

Thank you for caring and feeding the poor cat.  Many people would just walk by not caring. I hope you find the owner.
