Hi we live in Guardamar Town. Can only say, if you live here everything is on hand.

Restaurants, GP, dentists etc. Salad, Market,  UK supermarket, we are quite fit, so walk to lidl but mercadona & mas y mas in opposite sides of town. Beach is here.

I personally would not like to move to an urbanization.BUT it is personal choice. 😁

We live on El Raso and love it. We have a doctor at the entrance to the urbanisation.plus a farmacia, hairdresser, beauty salon and gym.  Numerous bars and restaurants hold lots of social events, quizzes, bingo, golf societies, petanca, art classes, craft groups,  Spanish lessons etc. The Sunday Lemon Tree Market is within walking distance and there is a regular bus service into Guardamar. We only have a small mini market, but the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes drive. There’s a really friendly atmosphere  and community spirit and unlike Guardamar you don’t have to fight for parking spaces when the tourists invade in August.
