Good luck with your search La Mata is indeed beautiful. Have a look in Moncayo too near Portico Mediterraneo it's only 10 min from beach,we we're offered a bungalow there last year for 65,000€ but no pool.

Hi Alison . Would agree with the other comments,€70,000 seems a bit low for what you’re asking in Guardamar we have been looking for the last year or so and eventually found a lovely house in Portico Mediterraneo which we moved into in January. Do lots of research and visit am,pm & check you get the sun on your balcony. We have friends who have a 1 bed apt in La Mata,who are thinking of selling has a community pool,if interested.Good luck in tour search.

Hi Pauline,thanks for message,only now finding ourselves,it’s lovely here,where are you on the urb we in Calle bruselas,it might be nice to meet up to have a cafe or glass of vino and share our experiences.

Thank you cava lady your area does look lovely but we wanted to be the other side of the main rd n332 - our burget is £70000 not euros and we looking for 2 beds - but I wish your friends luck selling!
