Hello. I am currently buying a rental property in Javea and am looking for some advice on property management while I am not there. Someone to check on the place after rentals. Any advice is gratefully received, thank you.

Assuming you are buying a property with an existing Tourist License? If not you need one for holiday letting. Private message me if you need details about that.

I thought that the Valencian community are no longer issuing Tourist Licences. How could they obtain one now unless they already have it? Paulie81 I use a great management company . They are English / Spanish and do amazing work for my property. John is one of the owners and he is always available and nothing is a hassle for him. Let me know if you want their contact.

There are a few municipalities that are not currently allowing new Tourist Licenses, but the majority do still issue the certificate required as part of the application process. So, yes, Licenss are available if you buy a suitable property in the right location.

Yes please that would be very helpful thank you. Please pass the details. Regarding the tourist license in Valencia I think they are still issuing them but will get my lawyer to check - thanks
