Hi, my advice as a nurse practitioner in the uk, would be speak to your doctor, they can possibly arrange the vaccinations before you leave.

Hi, I have spoken to the health visitor and they told us he could not have his injections early! His birthday is on the 15th September and we arrive in Javea on the 1st. Don't really want to fly back so soon (but obviously would if needed to!) Which is why I was wondering if we could get them done out there.

Not really sure re vaccinations in Spain, but I would definatly speak with my own GP, first, rather than HV. You could always check with a local dr, but getting registered etc does take a while.hope this helps.
