Ciudad Patricia without a doubt.

On the outskirts of Benidorm. I know people who live there and they are absolutely satisfied with the property and amenities and service.

Please bear in mind that with Cuidad Patricia you can only rent on a 'for life' basis.  When the last of you dies (if in a partnership) the property becomes theirs.  If you sell after buying there you only get a very small amount back.  Also, and most importantly, if one of you uses the on-site 'hospital' facility it's very, very expensive.  It could cost up to 2000e a week depending on the care that's needed!  If you want to leave a property inheritance for your children this is definitely not the way to go.
