Can anyone point me to a good site that gives guidance on a) what costs to take into account when buying a 3bed 2bathroom type holiday home in La Marina area for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and b) the monthly costs to be considered.

You should also factor in 15% of purchase cost to cover tax and other fees.
