Calling Hits Mobile Customers.
Are you set up for recurring payments with Hits Mobile using a credit card, in particular, for payments? If so, you may be one of those who had delayed May payments not taken until June. Ever wonder why?
Both myself and my lift to play golf have this in common and both of us have had recent fraudulent payments attempted on our credit cards. Both of us have had our card accounts replaced with new numbers and cards issued in the last two months.
Hits Mobile now deny being in any way part of our personal and financial data being compromised.
My questions to the forum members are:-
Do you have an account with Hits Mobile where your credit card details are held online?
If yes
1). Have you noticed any activity on your card that is not valid in the last 3 months? Yes?No
2). Have you had your credit card replaced with a fresh account number in the last 3 months? Yes/No
If the answer is yes to either question 1 or 2, we may have gone some way to possibly identifying the company responsible. Your assistance by replying would be appreciated in establishing if this company is or is not the common factor. Please do NOT provide any card detail or phone numbers.
Many thanksIain
