Loss of Tv

Has anyone lost tv channels this afternoon Saturday, Telecable?
I lost internet and telephone late Saturday afternoon and early evening. Showed with a red light on router. I tried the usual of re-starting everything but to no avail. Phoning Telecable only gave a Spanish message of busy and to phone later. I understand that parts of the urb had no electric which may be linked. Telecable, as usual, during the busier months are providing a broadband speed of less than half the speed it should be. As a result WhatsApp, Facetime and TV are then intermittent particularly in the evening.

Thanks Iain,I put mine down to a power cut, tv etc returned after power returned. All ok now
