Ask your community admin which companies provide service in your community. Not everyone who has a billboard may be available.

I have been with telecable for many many years and have always found them reliable. When not in Spain they will charge you only a nominal 7 euros a month the suspend the service then you just email them before you return and they switch it back on. You must leave the box plugged in for them to do it. I have fibre optic and landline with them.
