Hi All

I am hoping to get some information on here as the news is a bit unclear in the UK at the moment?

I am travelling to Alicante on 15th August and I have requested and received my letter from the NHS confirmation of my two jags, I have filled out the pre travel form partially as it says that I can’t complete it until 48 hours before travel to receive my QR code?

I am then thinking that all I have to do is book a PCR test before I come back and then take the test 2 days after I arrive back in Scotland.

can anyone confirm if I have missed anything or am I on the right lines as the government website is unclear.

thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

I've attached a copy of the extract from the Scottish government website, which I think is clear.  However, the 15th August is almost a month away and a lot can change in that time.  I think you need to sign up for email alerts, so that you hear of changes as they happen:

Kind regards,

Kim

I believe you only need to take an antigen test before you fly back. This is cheaper than PCR. However day 2 test needs to be PCR.
