There is no address on a Spanish driving licence. You should notify DGT of the change but this is just a matter of showing a document (such as padron, utility bill etc) with your new address.

If you have a digital signature or clave, you can notify all government departments online by this link https://cambiodomicilio.redsara.es/pcd/public/login.xhtml?fbclid=IwAR3bEowEmj00GJb6urQG_mWS2I_EGKkrVYfbPw0lXKNAsUQfi799Cgx1q6A_aem_Acj_tDgI0haUpWfGLX5b9R0JxSWsxkJtVcStbFPye4-oliLqgsdNpy9G0F_YVvc9zAA

You can only do the above once you have signed on the padron at your new address.

If you just want to tell DGT then you can go to your nearest DGT office or you can go to the town hall if it has an agreement with them called a collaborating agreement. You put your location as La Marina which comes under San Fulgencio and they don't have the collaboration. If you've moved somewhere else then check on this link to see if they do https://www.dgt.es/conoce-la-dgt/con-quien-trabajamos/ayuntamientos-colaboradores/

Best is to obtain a clave and they you can notify all the government agencies at one go.

Hi Ray

If you install the app MiDGT and go to settings, there appears to be the facility to change address (I've never tried it myself), but I'm pretty sure you will have to have padron at your new address first.

Cheers

The poster does not advise as to whether they are from La Marina the urbanisation or La Marina the village.   The urbanisation is under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio and the village is under Elche.
