Even in a crisis the Airlines show themselves to be the money grabbers they really are, we should all remember that when normality is restored.

I'm not joining in with the bash the airlines theme. It is supply and demand and the airlines are a business like any other. They must be running these flights at a loss what with the distancing required and the fact is they are still running flights albeit much reduced. All the front-line staff need a round of applause every night as well, who knows how many on these flights are already infected without knowing it and their jobs are at risk.
The airlines are offering changes of flights to keep generating income which is rapidly drying up and are handing back refunds at a rate of knots.
I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Ryanair over my cancellations and if I have to wait a little bit longer for those refunds, I totally understand. We need these airlines to stay afloat for the future and we may also have to pay more for our flights when things do return to normal.
