We have been waiting for an Iberdrola engineer to come out to our broken washing machine for nearly a week and we are covered for this with them. We have made lots of calls to them but still no success in getting a visit from them. Any advice from anyone as to what we can do ? Is there a complaints section ? Thankyou for your help -- Sheila.
