Yes it is.   But you are on a 24 hour plan.  You could reduce your bills further by having the night rate

You should be able to do it online but ypu will have to use the curenergia website not Iberdrola Clientes

Yes, and I can log on and am able to action certain changes (see attached) but I do not have an option to change Tariff as Steve (above) seems to have.

On the Curenergia website you need to select the tariff you want before logging in

You can shop around in Spain for electricity these days. My partner & I did and switched to Cepsa. You get discounts on fuel for your car, money towards shopping and you also accumulate points to spend on goods in their shopping catalogue, household, electronic and other items here. Plus they are cheaper than Iberdrola and also have a duel tariff which we are on. Have a look at their prices and compare. The nearest office is in Dolores.

I hate to burst your bubble but your electricity is still being supplied by Iberdrola, all you have done is changed marketeer to CEPSA who you are paying to pay Iberdrola on your behalf.   

All of the companies that you see out there, Fenia, Energy Nordic, Siesta Energy, Syder, Iberdrola Clientes are what they refer to as marketeers here in Spain and are part of the unregulated market place, therefore they can charge what they like for electricity.   

If you take your contract out with Iberdrola but in the regulated market the price is fixed by the government on a daily basis and is published at 8.30am every morning.

But Iberdrola Clientes etc don't want us to know about it as they don't make any money!   

By the way, we have our own electrical company and I deal with all the contracting side of the business, so I deal with Iberdrola all of the time and I also check the regulated rate on a daily basis!
