Hello All.

I will be coming over for February next year to carry out some repair/improvement work on the place we have just bought on the urb..

as well as being a builder/plumber I am a gas safe registered engineer so am pretty capable of carrying out what ever work is required but to be honest it is mostly cosmetic decoration an the only real big thing is to install a new kitchen and a bit of re siting of plumbing fittings.

I was just hoping that someone could point me in the direction of a good builders yard /plumbers merchants where I can purchase the following :-

Plumbing/drainage fixtures and fittings.

tiles and adhesives grout

kitchen appliances and kitchen cupboards /worktops.

painting decorating materials

any suppliers that have web sites to place material orders from here in the UK would be great so I can organise materials to arrive as soon as I arrive.

Also Any advise on potential pitfalls to look out for would be very much appreciated.

Also the awning has a tear in it can these be removed and replaced or is it a new one ?

thanks very much .

Steve. (Best property Services)
