Telecable Wifi not working

Does anyone else not have WiFi with telecable? It came back on yesterday and went off again.
Our neighbour has the same problem yesterday and today, fibre net is OK.
I went into their office on the roundabout and they said they are having serious problems at the moment and are trying to fix it all as soon as possible.
This morning, when going towards the petrol station near Escuera, I saw 6/7 telecable vans coming off the motorway from Santa pola so let’s hope they can fix all this

One of the Telecable transmitters is said to be in a flooded building in San Fulgencia and up to yesterday they were saying that they can't get access to check it. But an engineer came to my house on La Marina and found that a "part" attached to my aerial had been damaged. He replaced it and now ok.
Just recently came over and went down to the office, even the TV constantly had E16 scramble code across the screen. We had given up and swapped to fibre.

We are on the top road and have had no problems at all. Whether it’s because we have fibre optic I don’t know.
