Julia Quad - work to flat roof

I am about to purchase a Julia Quad Bungalow on La Marina Urb. Can anyone let me know the approximate price for the following :-

Retiling the roof area ?

Adding a porch to the front entrance ?

Adding a 'conservatory' style room above the rear courtyard - enclosing courtyard, and stairwell ?

I agree with Ray as all sorts of horror stories out there especially when you want to sell.

I use Don Alumino who have always been superb for building work. This is a genuine recommendation and can vouch for the work they have done for me on my villa.
