New build using Styro Stone blocks

I have been researching the problems of the poor Spanish house construction methods regarding no insulation/damp proofing etc, in my searching I came across a very fast method of construction using a product called STYRO STONE, this method gives excellent thermal insulation for cold and heat.
My question is has any person in Spain that you know of who have used STYRO STONE in their construction for a new dwelling, I would be very interested in any information on this construction method
