Hi and welcome to phase 1 . You have bought at the right time ,we have now got a new president and vice president and they have both got our community at heart. Have you tried joining some local groups on Facebook such as La Marina Events  & La marina  info and living . Full of information . On what's going on when and where. I hope your over when phase l has a pool party.

Just be aware that when posting items regarding La Marina that it may help if you advise if you are referring to the urbanisation or the village.   La Marina urbanisation (on the inland side of the N332 coastal road) comes under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio town but La Marina village (by the sea side of the N332 coastal road) comes under the jurisdiction of the town of Elche.

A couple of websites that may be of interest to you are as follows:

Citizens Advice Bureau Spain, for bureaucratic stuff, and

N332 for anything to do with driving in Spain.   This website, and also their Facebook page, is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code.   Their Facebook page has kept us informed of the rules and regulations regarding COVID since March 2020.

Many Thanks for your replies. We have stayed many times with our friends who are now permanent residents so have a rough idea of the area. My main question would be about looking for a reputable car dealer as Club cars appear low on stock.
