My wife and I and our well behaved dog are looking for a quiet property with outside space to rent from end of march until end of July.

We are a couple of 'young pensioners' currently renting a two bedroom flat in Palma, Mallorca but it's bit too frenetic for us. We would like to rent a small villa or semi with a garden, not too remote but peaceful. Reliable Wifi essential. Furnished or unfurnished. Probably in the 400-600 Euro per month range. We are not very familiar with the area as yet. We are planning to pop over to the Costa Blanca for a look round later this month.
All suggestions welcome.
