Could someone please recommend a reputable person who could repair a damp patch, where there is mould growing underneath two pvc windows. I want to decorate but decorator won’t touch it until it has been treated.

Use a spray bottle with white cleaning vinegar, 75cents a bottle from Consum to clean off the mold.
