Hi ,
We have a relatively new gate system but the remote isn’t tuned to the receiver. Can anyone recommend a company that can re tune the remote to the gate please?

Can you let me know some more details, ie - your make and model of the gate controller and if the remote fob is a universal remote or the same as the control panel?

Hi, it’s a AVIDSEN French control box. I bought some cheap fobs and the guy who sold me the house left me another remote which is another after market but he assured me it could be tuned in. The book is in French. And he has added Russian notes... I’m confused.

It is not uncommon to see the Avidsen remotes. You appear to have an RMC1LM. Try this also - https://www.remotecontrol-express.co.uk/instructions+:+AVIDSEN__RMC-1LM+664700
