Has anyone had a 5 year gas installation check recently? Just wondered what the charge is for this service. Thanks for any info. Alan.

Yes, in summer 2019.

CEPSA charged 55 Euros, plus the cost of renewing the flexible rubber pipes (they were beyond the date stamped on them).

Hello Kelvin,

Thank you for getting back to me, I should have also asked did you have to call them to make a time and day for them to call? I have had the inspections done before but forgot whether I had to phone them first. Thanks again Alan.

Hi

Each time we have had a CEPSA inspection, it was arranged by a tradesman (a kitchen fitter and the guy who fitted our central heating boiler). So those guys did the phone call for us.

Our local gas bottle supplier employs the CEPSA-registered test guy, so your gas bottle guy might be able to set it up for you.
