I moved into my house in La Marina 14 years ago and besides receiving my Iberdrola Bill I have received an Iberdrola Bill at my address for somebody else for all those years. The person it is addressed to is not who I bought the house from and his usage and bank details are totally different. I have redirected the mail back to Iberdrola more times than I can imagine so any advice?

I'd have thought the best thing would be to take yours and the other bill into one of the Iberdrola (agent) shops, and explain to them.
There's one in Almoradi and, I think, two in Elche. There used to be one in Guardamar, but I don't think it's there now.

Thanks, Kim. That's the one I went to a few years ago, but I couldn't find it on Iberdrola's website.
