Replacement motor cycle clutch lever

Does anyone know if i can purchase a new clutch lever for a motor bike locally.?

Down in the Village. MotoSport it’s across from the mobile phone shop. Large window full of bicycles.
Take the bikes log book for the VIN number. If you don’t speak Spanish take a picture of the lever with you.
It takes 3-4 days for the parts to be delivered.
