We lived in Turkey for 7 years on the Bodrum peninsula and found from the expats there that the best way to get UK TV and all the catchups, ITV, BBC Iplayer, All 4 was via internet...but you do need a good internet service speed. We were advised to use the premium Browsec VPN (15 or 16 USD per month) N.B. Browsec is only required for catch up TV. Premium FilmOn(40 USD per year) for live UK TV and subject to good internet we had good service. Live TV via PC and HDMI cable and PC download of catchup channels...available also on tablets and phones...but your internet usage per month will be at least 100GB per month and we had fibre optic service. Hope this helps, but it is not, as far as I know, a switch on / switch off service and no need for a massive dish or an illegal IPTV service or an illegal SKY box...only requirement is good internet service.

Thanks Alex. I will have to look into it. I’m not great at technicalities.. so, do I need a smart tv for this or should I use a tv box for this app. Also do you know what broadband I should use to get sufficient speed. Thanks again

Nick. We were over for a week at Halloween. Blessed with great weather for the week. SatTV Plus cost about 150 for installation. I got a message from IPTV provider saying they have a special offer for 50 euros a year for everything . Once you have your internet on your telly works. I’ll see if I can find the link.
