We're coming to La Romana for a yoga retreat next week. Please can you tell me if there is a bank in La Romana and whether it is easy to get cash out there, and change pounds to euros?

Hi, there are two banks in C/ Mayor the main street. Banco Sabadell and Cajamar Caja Rural. I guess that both accept currency changes.
