Happy New Year and Best Wishes for 2024.

Does anybody know where I can obtain a Spanish Highway Code book /with English explanation?

Are there any websites that have Spanish driving theory tests?

How much Spanish is required to obtain a Spanish driving licence (Belgian driving licence expires in 2032)?

Are all the practical and theory driving tests similar to the British or Belgian driving practical and theory driving tests?

All information is warmly welcome.

Thank you.

Though it will come as a great shock to many, there is a Spanish Highway Code. The N332 site (which is run by serving and retired GC officers for the benefit of English speakers) allows you to download it here https://n332.es/3d-flip-book/spanish-traffic-law/

If you are taking the written test, you can do so in English if you inform them first. There are also several sites around with example questions you can bone up on first.

The practical test is Spanish only so you'd need to get to know the words for left, right, forward, reverse, turn and others you can think of. I think you can only book the test through a school after taking so many lessons and the instructor should be able to help you out.
