Thank you for your email.  I tried to download Autofirma and I immediately got this message:

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

Do you have another solution?  

Is there a way I can complete the details in my Spanish FULL PADRONAL myself (and print out a copy)?  Would this be accepted and valid by the Spanish National Police (before the 3 month expiry date)?

Hi Kim,

Your MS Smart Defender is an application that protects you from phishing and malware when you're surfing the Internet.  However, the link I provided is to the Spanish Government's official electronic office, so I'd be surprised if there's an issue.  Have you successfully downloaded your Digital Certificate, using the Age in Spain step-by-step guide?  ("Autofirma", the electronic signature, is superfluous unless you have downloaded your digital certificate.)

When you say, "FULL PADRONAL" , I assume you mean the "Certificado de Empadronamiento", rather than a "volante padronal", as the former will have the Ayuntamiento's official stamp, i.e. it's certified.  It will depend on your Ayuntamiento what processes are available for you to do via the "Sede" electronic office.  You should be able to find a list of them on the official website for your Ayuntamiento.
