Driving licence address change

If I do not have an electronic Clave to change address online for my drivers licence and car where do you go in person to do this and what documents do you need to take please?
If you go to your local SUMA office they will do it for you and even set up a clave at the same time so you can inform all the government offices of your change.
Alternatively it would be the local DGT and you will need your car documents, passport or TIE and also, if resident, an updated padron in your new address.
