There is a Caixa on the roundabout but I wouldn't recommend them.
If you are non resident have a look at a Wise ( formerly Transferwise) account which is what many of our members have now, no expensive bank charges and can deal with direct debits, comes with a debit card too.

There is a Sabadell opposite Mercadona & Lidl at La Zenia roundabout.

I’ve just done the same. I was paying Sabadell €230 a year for a handful of Direct Debits. Opened a Wise account which give you both a Euro and Sterling account with IBAN and Swift codes. I also received a Wise debit card which I used for the first time yesterday in Ireland without any problem although it is not contactless which is a bit of a pain but, I’m now saving €230 a year in fees.

How easy is it to transfer directs debits over to wise, totally useless at this

Relatively easy to be honest. I wish I’d done it sooner.
Firstly, if you have online banking with your Spanish bank, take a note, or snapshot, of all your outgoing Direct Debits on your account so you don’t miss any. Then concentrate on them one at a time. The important ones are the SUMA and the utilities so you’re not disconnected. I had others, namely car and house insurance, community fees and internet provider.
If I can help you further let me know but I am presently in Ireland.
