Hi all,
Don't know if anyone can advise on this?
I have an NLV. My partner has an EU passport and will be doing some part time work, when she joins me in Spain. If we opened a joint bank account and she had her income paid into that, would it affect my NLV status? Thanks!

If married your partner enjoys the same benefits as en EU subject. To open a bank account all beneficiaries need a NIE. Carefully read the bank's Conditions - the charge you for even say "hello".
