This post that was quoted has been deleted.

“so she walked to supermarket “

So no need as she wasn’t in the car and walked home carrying an item plus receipt.

But since my previous posting - we walked the dogs, my wife saw a lady in distress with mobility scooter “?” Plus dog and shopping

I went to assist along the one way street On foot as a car with Russian number plate nearly drove over them the wrong way along the road. I wasn’t expecting that and eventually they did turn around and went the correct direction.
meanwhile the lady was ok in my offering assistance- the dog lead had wrapped itself around front right wheel Axle and jammed.

Once freed and loaded up and dog on lead safety button pressed off they went very pleased.

I could have ignored them under social distancing rules but .........

I quite agree Pix Elated, since the ar5se about face change on the Wearing of masks, no need originally when risk was highest - used to do the food shopping all fine then the rule- no going out wife can’t drive so she walked to supermarket got food loaded the car I drove home. Then we could bot...

...h go in one car.

I as “taxi” driver made my observations Stood outside near the car

Iceland - married couples of opposite sex could not enter - fine following the rules - two women entered without  question Two blokes without question odd I thought.

China shop - Spaniards allowed in without masks all other nationalities must wear masks

JYSK - wear mask if you felt like it

Al Campo - enter without mask near exit - obligatory - why weren’t they told when entering?

Cafe- fun bit - lady wearing mask waiting for coffee to cool then somehow managed to take sip from side of her mouth WITH mask in place!! It got coffee stained though

Can’t remember where this one was but man refused entry To shop no mask on but did have on full face plastic forehead to below chin one like the anti spray ones cash couriers Use

All very odd so taxi driver I remain

Probably look to move out of beloved Spain now it open prison and I have not committed any crime!

I have never been able to get the 3 free masks myself and husband should be given.

The last time I went into the Pharmacy to get my husbands prescription the lady behind the counter said and I quote " you are entitled to 3 free masks", she then went to get the tablets as she did so she passed another assistant who gave an almost imperceptible shake of her head had I not been watching them it would never have been seen, the assistant then came back and said "but we don't have any" even though masks were clearly visible at the back.

Been through this charade now 3 times in this Pharmacy, such bare faced lying, that's what annoys me.

Pix Elated. This does not appear to be something that should be accepted.

Why not go back in and if you can see the masks or anybody else receiving them then insistce on being supplied with them, explaining your reasons, I.e. The masks are in stock and you have seen others receiving them .

If they again try to mess you about simply take photos on your form of the masks ,if possible, then ask for the Complaints book I.e. 'hojas de quejas y reclamaciones' 3-part form of which when completed they get the pink copy, you keep the white copy and the green copies with the green copy being the one you take to your local Consumer rights organisation.

As far as I am aware, this is the procedure ,although others may clarify.

I reckon just the mention of the Complaints form book should ,however get you the masks if they are available in store.

Stand your ground on this one if you ajudge you are being unfairly treated.

Pix Elated. Well done 👍

I must say it's a long time since I myself purchased a pack of 5 from a Pharmacist. 😏

We have to get used to wearing masks,  if everybody wears them we will all be protected a little more than if we don't wear them. Yes they are not very nice to wear, glasses steam up, hard to breathe, especially with blocked hayfever nose !

I think it will stop people going out so much because they are uncomfortable

But, we are all lucky to be alive,  we can still go and sit at a cafe or bar and watch the world go by. We can take a walk, we can all manage with reducing the amount of material goods we buy , so we don't visit shops unless we have to, we can all enjoy the beautiful open spaces and the sunshine. It's different, but try to be positive and enjoy what we have.

Pix related, I hope you can find something to cheer you up, it's been a hard time for us all, it is improving slowly
