Ray, I agree with your comment but to help Nesta does she require a Doctor's letter to prove her condition.

We are uk residents and are waiting for flights after having 6 flights cancelled. I asked a doctor here: and he said you must wear a mask. 😥

Hi Ray, thanks but my wife has persisted with the ones from the Farmacia that cost .097€, she went out shopping once at the Boulevard and found it was not enjoyable having to wear the mask and to sanatize your hands and put gloves on over and over again at every shop.

UPDATE.

A more reliable source of information is reporting the story, El Pais has an article on their Online English edition.

John56 I agree with your observation that EL Pais is a sourse of information. Someone on here informed me it was media bullshit. What do I know.

We have to get used to wearing masks,  if everybody wears them we will all be protected a little more than if we don't wear them. Yes they are not very nice to wear, glasses steam up, hard to breathe, especially with blocked hayfever nose !

I think it will stop people going out so much because they are uncomfortable ...

...

But, we are all lucky to be alive,  we can still go and sit at a cafe or bar and watch the world go by. We can take a walk, we can all manage with reducing the amount of material goods we buy , so we don't visit shops unless we have to, we can all enjoy the beautiful open spaces and the sunshine. It's different, but try to be positive and enjoy what we have.

Pix related, I hope you can find something to cheer you up, it's been a hard time for us all, it is improving slowly

walking through a shopping centre sombody approached swinging a fishing net around themselves, another gent wearing a fencing mask. You have to laugh!

So because I have asthma and copd I don't have to wear one

If i go out i put a thin scarf around to cover nose and mouth at least i can breathe a little .
