Non resident tax

Hi, do u need your Solicitor to pay your non resident tax on your behalf?, also do people have to then pay for fiscal representation as I have been charged for this. Thank you.

On Jim's recommendation I contacted Angar Taxation (easy Google search) and they are very cheap and efficient.

My solicitor tried to do this with me, I think it is the norm for abogados to keep this lucrative earner going and it is usually slipped in during the purchase of your property. I'm not sure if you can avoid the fees this year, perhaps someone with more knowledge can let you know on this score but let them know, in writing, that you do not want to continue with the arrangement. If, after reading Jim's Guides you want to go ahead on your own, all well and good, but if you would like a little help for very reasonable fees, I can recommend Uma at getlegalinspain.com.
