Hi.... can I pay my non resident tax at the suma office. If not any suggestions where I can pay at a reasonable price. My solicitor  is far to expensive.  Any suggestions would be appreciated  thanks.

Here’s the link to do it yourself.

https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/wlpl/OV17-M210/index.zul

it has to be completed online. Once completed you can generate a pdf. There will be 5 pages, 3 the actual Modelo 210 and 2 instruction pages. If you search on the forum there is a lot and help and advice.  It made doing it myself painless

Any questions please ask

Lel

I wonder if it could be paid in at any bank, or only  the bank where you are a customer?

If you prefer to use a 3rd person to do it for you as we do cos we are not always present in Spain to make the payment ourselves, I can recommend Lesley at www.spain214.com. Her charges are very reasonable, at £50 for 2 owners and is calculated and paid for you much cheaper than solicitor. You can email her at [email protected] have been using a gestor at Angar Taxation Services for many years but he has doubled his fee from €40 to €80 this year so changed to Lesley after much research and think she is now the best priced and had many recommendations. Hope this helps you.

Regards

Pauline.

Whoever does your return for you (or maybe yourself) will need the cadastral value of the property to enable the calculation to be made

How do you find the cadastral value of your property?
