Architect Recommendation

Hi folks, I have been living in Alicante for over 3 Years in an apartment which I bought and rennovated. I bought a House in Los Altos last Year and I have a few ideas of what I want to do (my Wife has quite a few more🙃😂) and I am looking for an architect for some advice....particularly around any permission or approval which might be required from the local authorities. Anyone who has had a good experience with an architect and would recommend them then please send me some info. My only requirement is that he must be a fluent Spanish speaker as my Wife does not speak English and she will be the point of contact. Thanks in advance for any help.
