went to the Padron office in Torrevieja and was told online appointments only. Went to town hall and was told appointments only available from midnight. Followed procedure advised by town hall but no appointments came up, has anyone got any further advice. Looked at Playa Flamenca and there only have availability from October, and dont think Los balcones is covered there. Reached a dead end !!!!

Why look at Playa Flamenca? That's Orihuela, and I thought Los Balcones came under Torrevieja.
If it is Torrevieja, and you've got an electronic certificate, then you can apply online.
