Hi we have a question regarding to sell or keep it and rent out instead. Is it still a good idea and investment to rent out around the Los Dolses area for a very attractive 2 bed 2 bath apartment please? Look forward to your advice and help. Thank you

Demand is certainly there for both long term or holiday letting. Which ate you looking to do?

Do you have the appropriate licence to rent out?

License only required for holiday letting, not for long term, and poster hasn't yet answered the question as to which type of renting they are considering. Hopefully they will clarify.

In any case you should get familiar with applicable Spanish Law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) or you may run into serious trouble including loss of your property - I know such a case.
