Non resident tax

Hi my name is Lynda and we have a holiday home in Alenda golf monforte .We are in england at the moment and we have a lady who is trying to do our non residends tax.The problem we have is that she needs the valor catastral.l have been in touch with the solicitor we dealt with for our first year and they are not being very helpfull can anyone tell me how i can find out this information. I would be very grateful as we really want to pay our taxes as we should
