Hi all. Is any decent and reasonable house insurance companies out there. I’m with Linea director and is €167 per year a good price for a 3 bed flat? Thank

167euro seems okay but why not give Jennifer Cunningham Insurance a call and ask for a quote to compare, I switched to them last year and found their price very competative.

Give Easycover a try, will take minutes to get a quote, we were with JC but felt their renewal price was to high.

This year I paid €126 for a 2 bedroom apartment in Benidorm through my bank, Sabadell.
Request a quote from MC, located in Cabo Roig. +34 965 32 09 08 I recommend you to ask for Javier (very efficient) They provide additional coverage options, ensuring a highly competitive estimate. Additionally, you'll have a dedicated point of contact should you need to make a claim in the future.

Having had a bad experience with Linea Directa I would not touch them with a barge pole. It has been my experience that once a claim has been made they will look for any reason for meeting the claim. Our private m/car had been taken and driven without our consent by a person under age, who caused damage to over €13,000 for which we had to pay.
