just wondering if any of you lovely lot have any experience obtaining a tourist license? My father in law has this villa in monforte del cid, he's had it for quite a few years however there is 9 years left on the mortgage and with it being interest only, there's still a huge chunk to pay off which brings me here to ask if anyone has any experience in obtaining this license. From the basic research I've made, it seems to be a pretty lengthy process (which is not the issue) but rather complicated. Any suggestions of where to start would be hugely appreciated.

Hi, I am in need of a plumber to install a gas boiler that will service 6 radiators (the radiators are already fitted) for a friend who lives in Monforte del Cid, work needs to be done in October.

Hi, My father in law has a villa in Monforte del cid, we have just got the villa back as the long term tenant has now left and we're looking to get the place ready for holiday lettings rather than long term tenancies. 

Unfortunately the swimmingpool has been neglected by the tenants and is now in need of repairs and repairs on the motor. 

Is there anyone who covers the area of Monforte Del cid? I've reached out to a couple of companies in Alicante but they tell me the same thing that they don't cover that area. Any Help would be appreciated, Thanks!

We live in Monforte del Cid and are experiencing a massive drop in the water pressure to our villa and some days it is zero. We have had our plumbing checked ok and obviously with NO pressure from the mains....the problem has to be external.   I was a Water/Drainage  Engineer in the UK, so know a bit about the subject.... but this has got me very perplexed.  Does anyone have any knowledge of problems of this sort locally?
