Your search needs to say “long term rental properties Moraira”. You’ll find that most of theses sites are used by freelance agents and home owners. Mine was on the Idealista site.

I check idealista all the time and a host of others but they are all winter let’s 😩

I posted earlier to say I found 3 long term properties in Moraira on the think Spain site.

Sue helped me out with advise....ThinkSpain, if you click to send an enquiry to a let, once you hit send you get the Agency name and then you can look up their website to see what else they have. Or I also have used google maps and sit on a town and then search for rentals etc and you see smaller companies than the ususal names that crop up. Still hard to get the summer long let option though! Some I've found to search on...I may be looking further afield than you though.
