Hi I am looking to knock out a small internal wall in 3rd storey flat in central Muxtamel Can anyone recommend a builder please

Also a prmission from the condo administration is required.

Yes, though most contractors will say you don’t need permissions be sure to check with your local town hall office. Strictly speaking ANY work needs Obra certification minor or major
